    You cannot optimally access your current or future recordings. It shows things that were deleted months ago. Horrible and inefficient recordings GUI

    Seeing what’s scheduled to record by day seems to be impossible! This was an important part of helping my mom make sure the shows she wants to watch are scheduled to be recorded. In the guide you use to be able to select a channel and see that channels upcoming schedule. That seems impossible now. You would also see in the guide if a show was set to be recorded. That feature is gone also. The old app had flaws to fix but why didn’t you take a look at what worked before you messed with it???

    Worst app ever, as everyone who has commented on this since the update has stated. Now my monthly charges are going up! Does anyone know what is going on? Bye, bye att.

    Here we go again. Updated on 4/6/24. You ruined a good app and made it useless! Where are the local channels? Where is the “new” on a listing? I had favorites and now I can’t even figure out how to get them. Your app developers need to realize we want easy! It worked fine, you updated it and now it won't record, it won't even load the channels. Fix this please! Again after update on 3/30/22 it will not even let me log in! We are into November now and it actually let me in once. ONCE in eight months.

    Uverse doesn’t provide replacements for broken remotes. Their solution was use the app as a remote. It rarely worked and was an reliable option. The new solution is remove the remote function. So when your remote stops working, toss it and uverse.

    Not sure what they were thinking when they released this app, but they must have been drugged. It’s pretty worthless compared to the version that truly was for U-Verse from a few months back. Now I know why people hate DirectTV, those folks are the idiots and now they shared their “talents” with us U-Verse folk. Please bring back the old app where the local channels are always there, you don’t have to manipulate the view every time you use the app, and you can actually see what you have recorded and what you are going to record. Is that asking too much?

    The previous version was excellent. The GUIDE included local channels which we could use to record programs while our for the weekend. Now, the app is designed for watching tv on your iPad but all we really need is a GUIDE WITH LOCAL CHANNELS so we can see what programs are scheduled and have the ability to record them. Please change your app or bring back the old app as a GUIDE option.
