    This app no longer tells me what my current bill is. I have had automatic deduction for years and I’ve enjoyed using this app because it tells me how much I need to have in my bank account before you take it out. My bill will be deducted from my credit card in five days and I have no idea how much you plan on taking out of my account because your app doesn’t show current bills! I can’t tell you how unhappy I am about this along with your leak in my information so that my Social Security number is on theDark websites and I have to worry constantly and you’re raising my brother. You should tell me you’re raising my bill, but you didn’t tell me what the total will be. Fix this app before I get a lawyer!

    It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone that knows how to help with the AT&T app issues. I have an account that is no longer mine, still showing up on my AT&T app. When I call to try and get help with this, I am transferred all over, and never get a resolution. So frustrating!!
  • Needs to work on the screen leader Accessibility portion of the shopping section on the shopping tab

    Here is my issue when I click on shopping at the bottom tabs it won’t let me scroll through the stuff on the front page of the shopping tab besides search or my shopping cart it’s annoying. Please fix this issue. by the way, it does it with voiceover on iOS.

    This has to be one of the worse apps created! Slow! Glitches !!!!! The inability to complete a task is a waist of time !

    This app works great, with two factor authentication it does what it needs to do. Only issue is that when I change my passcode it doesn’t reflect with automation or contact representative.

    This App is terrible! It’s hard to navigate through and you seem to be purposely hiding certain information and making it difficult to find, information that should be easily accessible! I would give you minus 5 stars if I could. Instead, you make me select at least one star in order to submit this review! I give you zero stars.

    International services is terrible. It’s been impossible to get it to sign up and work at all. It keeps giving me pages that are totally irrelevant with no solution. I had a properly activate.

    17 April 2024, I went to the above store and purchased an Apple Watch and a pair of beats earphones. The earphones did not work on the right side. I then went back to the above location to exchange and/or return , because of the defect. This was the 22 April 2024. This is well within the 14 day return timeframe. I was told to go to the Apple Store. I went to the Menlo Park Apple Store in Edison,NJ. I was told since the purchase was within the 14 day timeframe, the Watchung Store 7923. Should take care of it, but I should be able to go to any AT&T store. I then went upstairs in Menlo Mall to the AT&T store. I explained what occurred and the manager called the manager at the Watchung,NJ store. I was told everything is good and I can go back to Watchung and my situation will be taken care of. I drove to the Watchung store. The manager acknowledged speaking to the manager at the Menlo Park mall store. However, this person didn’t honor what he told the manager at Menlo Park. The Watchung store manager called the Apple Store in Bridgewater,NJ. So, he claimed. The Watchung store manager said he spoke to the manager at the Apple Store in Bridgewater,NJ by the name of Travis. I was told to go to Bridgewater,NJ yo the Apple Store. I go there and was told there’s no manager there by the name of Travis. I explained the whole situation and the representative assisted me and advised me, that the Watchung store was completely wrong and they probably didn’t assist me because they get commission on what they sell. The representative received permission and mailed the defective beats and that I will receive new beats in the mail. Store 7923 is a joke and they need to have that location shut down since they’re doing business contrary to what is right. I’ve been a customer of AT&T since 2004. To be sent on a wild goose chase like this was insane. All store 7923 had to do was mail the defective beats back and have a replacement mailed. But no!! So I’m thinking of switching to Verizon. My husband is a Verizon customer and he teases me all the time about Verizon giving better service. Now i truly believe he’s right. I hope no one ever goes to store 7923!!!!
