TABATACH Timer is an easy to use app for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It helps you to do Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell, Running, Yoga, Cycling or any interval fitness training. Define your workout intervals (work, rest, cycles ) and create unique, personalized workouts. TABATACH is loaded with different types of Whistle Sounds that help identify what part of a workout you are in, interval beeps for example tell you when a new interval has started. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.     I love this app! It does most of what I want,and makes it very easy to create new routines or modify existing ones. One additional feature I’d like to see is to be able to specify how many times to run the entire circuit. Great job, and thanks for creating and supporting this app!

    Can’t create one program without a bunch of crap issues. For one program, while it’s running, it will SKIP over an exercise and go straight to the rest interval. I erase the whole thing and create a new one. I press start and the stupid timer freezes!

    This app doesn’t fill up the screen for newer generation iPhones like updated apps do. Also when you play your own music in the background the app will cancel it if you pause the workout. It takes multiple going back and forth attempts to get them both to run at the same time but only for the music to stop again later. Don’t waste your money on this outdated app.

    Overall a solid app, recently the audio won't play unless you have headphones in. It's not my device, it plays music and speakerphone works fine.

    With the new release of ios10 the music DJ doesn't work on the iphone7. I'd love to see the following enhancements: 1. Ability to change music mid-workout (like skip to next song on playlist) 2. Ability to move to next set or the next exercise in workout without having to cancel the whole workout and start over. 3. Ability to clap at the end of the workout....even if you didn't get all the way to the end.

    Simple to use, simple to customize. Just plain simple and I love it!!!! Planning workouts and tracking them is enough. When it comes to cardio I need simple timers, simple commands, just enough to keep me moving. Easy to start, easy to finish. Never crashes , never fails. Just easy and I love easy

    I like the way the app works however it would be great if it would run in the background. If it isn't the foremost app the timer stops.

    This is a good app. I've tried several apps trying to set a high intensity interval walking workout and this was by far the easiest to set. I am not a 'techie' but was able to figure it out. I think it would be a lot better if there was a settings/button icon and it took me a bit to figure out how to navigate the app, but I did end up being successful. The app support is poor. I tried contacting them 5-7 days ago when I had trouble finding settings and navigating the app and have yet to receive a response.

    Clean UI doesn't make up for a lack of finesse in interactions. If like to be able to subdivide an exercise time. This would help call out when I should stop holding a plank and start up down for the second half of the exercise ... There's also no context for how many exercises I have left and how many sets left in an exercise. A lot to be desired. Focus on UX and research with users please.
