    This app always crashes, can never stay connected. Always have to restart the app numerous times with no connectivity

    Sometimes I sit for hours trying to connect the remote to the tv. I also bought the new remote that you can ring to find it from this app. But it never connects to even do that. So I’m just sitting in silence as I type. So miserable

    I don’t know if it’s just my TV or the app itself but the remote will disconnect itself from my TV and I can’t control anything at all so I have to just wait for it to reload, which takes hours FYI. Plz fix this!!!

    This app has not helped me with my TV. It always has to load. I need stuff. I have stuff to do stuff It loads and loads and loads does it even work? I’ve been giving this on one star rating never ever using this app again not help me.

    Does not connect to my fire stick every time I’m constantly deleting the app and redownloading it to get it to work. It also will lag or glitch and randomly go out of control on my tv where it just keeps scrolling through things and then I can’t even use it and have to delete the app and redownload all over again.

    I won’t write a long review for it to be deleted again but the only thing this remote is consistent with it consistently NOT WORKING. Has to be re-paired over and over and over within the time of watching a 3-5 minute YouTube video. So you think okay I’ll close the app while I’m not using it. Half the time the app struggles to come back up after closing while paired. Other times it will come back up just to ask you to AGAIN re-pair the app and the device. This has been a thing for years. Doubt it will change. Guess it’s time to look at other options, cus this, in its current form, is not it.
