RadioApp - A Simple Radio

I love how user friendly this radio app is, first and formost. Its so simple and to find your starred stations is so easy. Thank you for making such a perfect app!!

I can’t believe I can’t get an LA station in San Bernardino or Orange County.

Used to be great and reliable little app. Suddenly, it can’t hold stations despite updating . I have hope that you folks will get your act together !

Suddenly I can’t get the station in Eugene, Oregon I’ve always listened to!!!

The most intuitive way for a “radio tuner” app to function – with a virtual dial. This is particularly effective if you are mostly interested in local radio, although there are a handful of station options at most frequencies. For example, in the NYC metro region, you can assign 91.1 to default to WFMU in East Orange, NJ, or instead you might prefer WSHU in Fairfield, CT. However, once on the frequency, and at your station of choice, you can with a few quick clicks switch to the handful of other stations also operating on 91.1. You furthermore can submit a suggestion for another station broadcasting on that frequency, but not on the list. The number of station choices at any given frequency averages about ten or so. I should mention that the HD2 and HD3 feeds of a station will also be listed, should that station put out an HD signal, and offer these additional feeds. Whereas RadioApp doesn’t have many thousands of stations like TuneIn, iHeart, et al, the user experience here is more like using an actual radio with a sensitive antenna, where you can hone in on a plethora of stations in the greater region, all the while using what appears to be a classic analog tuner, which even has a bit of simulated momentum. RadioApp even has in-between station static and cross interference sounds when you are operating the tuner for further realism. Just the basic version allows a number of presets for convenience. I find myself using RadioApp over the apps of the individual stations I usually listen to for one main reason: you can easily flip through the dial to see what’s on your go-to stations before settling on something – just like using a bona fide radio. That’s the key advantage of RadioApp. You don’t feel like you’re actually streaming.

The app worked great at first but then, 2 of the 3 stations I enjoy now are " station currently unavailable ". Both are of a political format. The 3rd is music. The music format station works fine. I thought censorship was unconstitutional but, I suppose it depends which side of the isle your app company sits. Don't waste your time. Deleted.
