    Used this speaker today and the yardages were spot on. App worked great. The only thing it’s missing that a lot of the other apps have is Apple Watch capability.

    I heard about Blue Tees and bought their divot repair tools (one for my son and one for me), range finder and their GPS+Player combination. After ordering, I waited for several months having not received it yet. When I reached out, I received a quick email response apologizing for the delay (something had happened and they fixed it quickly). My Player arrived within 3-5 days. Fast forward it was too cold to use but once I brought it out, it finds the course you are at fast, very accurate yardages and outstanding sound quality. Unfortunately, the magnet gave way (was attached to the metal roof bar) going over a bump, it fell of and cracked the screen. I contacted them and they again apologized and my new one is on its way. Stuff happens even with great products. But what makes people customers for life are how companies respond when things happen and this company - Understood the assignment!!!!
  • Unusable: Laggy and Cannot Start A Round

    Bought the Bluetooth speaker with the screen that shows distances. Tried using the golf features today and the app was super laggy and slow. Every time I opened it, it would go to a black screen and just sit there. Redownloaded the app multiple times and finally got logged into my profile but then could not start my round because the “select your tee box” option wouldn’t load despite having full strength 5G ultrawide connection. Really disappointed with the user experience and will not be renewing the annual subscription if I cannot use these features.
  • Bought it end of last year and doesn’t work

    I preordered this last summer and got it in September. It worked for the last month or so until it was too cold to play. Fast forward to now and first time booting it up i no longer have the player+ subscription (was supposed to have it for a year) and the app crashes over and over again so it’s now just a very expensive speaker

    This is the worst golf app ever. Took MULTIPLE attempts to connect. Can’t find ANY courses near me no matter how you searched. Only thing that worked properly was the speaker function and even that wasn’t any better than other speakers I already own.

    Won’t load courses, black screen. Deleted app, reinstalled. Same issue. iPhone 14 pro max.

    I was having issues logging into the app. Frustrated, I posted a negative review. Customer service has gone out of their way to help solve that issue and I’m now able to login with ease. Not sure if I caused the issue or not, but I do know they fixed my problem! It is capable of way more than I use it for. Thank you Blue Tees!

    My club recently re-routed its course layout. I emailed the customer support team and they had everything updated within a week. Amazing customer service and kudos to the app development team for getting everything updated so quickly. You will not be disappointed with their products! I would recommend it to anyone.
