    After purchasing my BB tickets, I was directed to sign up with the MLB Ballpark app where they would appear in my wallet. It did not work. I called a ticketmaster number listed for support: NUMBER had been disconnected. So, I finally contacted a call center with the Atlanta Braves and they sent me to the website: braves.com/myaccount. This is not a seamless transcation. You need to fix this. It is frustrating and wastes the consumer time.

    Not user friendly in setting up/using app to login account. Tried purchasing tickets keeps asking to login in my account. However to get to the point I was already in app. Kept trying to get into account unsuccessfully. Gave up. 🙁

    I don’t have IOS16 therefore can’t use anymore. Bad idea. Not everyone can afford a new phone. Oh that’s right you don’t care
