    Man…. Second time the page im working on doesnt allow me to leave and when i close the app and reopen, the page is gone. The first time it happened i contacted the customer support and did what they told me to do(going to ipad file app and restoring deleted files, which didnt restore the page i lost) and i thought maybe i was just unlucky, but its happened again. It wasnt even a heavy work i was doing… mostly writing with pen tools and no photos inserted or anything🤯 i paid for the subscription the first day i downloaded the app being excited for the simple layout and UI design, but i cant rely on this app if it cant even handle a page of some doodles…💀💀

    As a very non active tech now days, former graphic designer website building advertising marketing commercial digigit AND then actually became a digital instructor, I literally have very little interest in tech and social media. HOWEVER this Paper app…. Is SOLID. ( i could go on and on, but my logi keyboard is … F”kt and it’s late) moral of the story! Love it

    I’ve had this app for a year or 2 and I love it but I just tried to get on it to show someone a sketch and it wouldn’t open, I sat for 10 minutes and It wouldn’t open so then I updated it and it still wouldn’t open then I turned my phone off and on and it deleted everything I had and now it’s buggy and won’t stay open, I Just lost so much art.

    Honestly I am in love with this app, it helps me to keep my thoughts and ideas organized. UX/UI is sooo goood, minimalistic, not overwhelming and very easy/comfortable to use. I wonder if I am using free version can there be a glitch and all my stuff will disappear, or the content is safe and possible to be renewed if something epwrong happen with iPad etc?

    This app used to be so great. I’ve used it for years, paid for the original tools, and even paid for the subscription. It used to be a great drawing and note taking app, but now it’s unusable. Drawings are unable to be closed and lead to hours of work being lost. I worked for hours today on a drawing and when the app froze after trying to switch notebooks, it crashed and the entire drawing was lost. A poor shell of an app for what it used to be. Will not be renewing. WeTransfer ruined this app.

    So upset that all my journals are gone, and I had paid when they first asked for extras and special tools, many many many years ago. I loved this app. And very upset that this has happened.
