    I downloaded this App as a way to kick start my weight loss and get back in shape journey. It’s been a wonderful tool to help guide my food choices. Once I was able to see the calories I was eating in a day, it was easy to make the necessary adjustments and choices to what and how I eat. Easy to use, and the free App has great tool and scanning abilities. Would highly recommended!!

    I usually don’t write reviews for any apps, but this one is great! I had previously downloaded a similar calorie tracker, but when I discovered this one, I fell in love. It has so many more features compared to other apps on the market and I highly recommend it! It tracks how much weight you could lose per day, per week, and per month. You can also set a goal to lose a certain amount of weight by a specific date. One feature that I would like to see improved upon is the exercise option. I go to the gym a lot and I’m positive doing lots of weightlifting burns more calories. I would like to see more options for exercises we do, such as cable rows, lateral raises, or any other exercise. Along with weightlifting exercises, I think there should be an option to input how much weight you lifted. So far, the only options are to input calories or minutes. Right now, I have to search up how many calories a certain exercise burns, but even the internet can’t seem to agree on it. Lifting more weight burns more calories, and this is a feature other apps do better with than this one. Despite this, the app is a major improvement compared to others.

    I have used this app for years, and it is constantly improving. I track not only calories, but also protein, carbs, and more! The coaching, recipes, and the ability to easily track progress and more, make this app invaluable. It is a necessary tool in maintaining my good health. I do utilize the annual subscription, and this works perfectly for me.

    Used to be great and then it kept saying my target date and weight was unsafe. Which IG it was even though it never said that for ages. So I moved the date back since I don't own a scale anyways so I only use this app to count. And it just won't stop telling me its unsafe and cannot analyze! I just want it to say how much I would lose at this rate. I changed my goal weight from the minimal the middle of the road, is it doing thing because I undereat???

    You can input most foods in several units. You’re not restricted to just ounces or cups. Most of the time you can select between metric and standard as well as between volume and mass.

    A very well thought out app that is extremely user friendly and educational. Has a tremendous amount of nutritional information available to users. Being able to add your own recipes and track is a great option. At the annual introductory price it’s great value for money too!
