    When checking new places the first thing I check is Yelp. Have checked places in both Michigan and Indiana when visiting family, that way have gotten them to try new places. To all my fellow Yelpers keep spreading the word.

    Local here and oddly my first time to visit- but not my last. We had sooo much food no one could finish their meals. They portions are weirdly HUGE and better than that absolutely delicious. (And $3.50 beers - what!!!). Also 10 TV’s playing everything from Sports to Jeopardy to to to !!! Make it a stop on your celebration here in Central Florida

    I tried to use Yelp to grow my clientele for my hvac business. Yelp does not care about contractors using there platform. I had a client who asked me for a quote for a diagnostic. I gave him a price of $165. He stated I am 65% higher than my competitors. I know he’s trying to hustle me to lower my prices because I’ve been doing this for a long time. I never had any clients complain to me about my pricing. So I stated yes I’m a little higher than some competitors. Kept it short and sweet. Next thing you know he leaves me a one star review. Out of no where. I called Yelp customer service which took over 3 hours for them to answer the phone. Finally someone from the support team who’s name was Kacie B. I asked to remove this review and they stated no and was very rude about it almost like laughing in my face with it, I was really annoyed especially since it took her over 3 hours to answer the phone. I mentioned so if I client wants me to drop my prices and I say no there allowed to leave me one star reviews. They stated yes that they can’t do anything about it. Mind you they took away 3 5 star reviews I had based on some reasoning of the wording they used. I will not let my company be hustled and stay on a platform that doesn’t protect contractors from this type of hustle environment. I will never use yelp again

    Sometimes reviews are the best way to praise and alert potential buyers of bad business practices. This is a good way to hold businesses accountable as nobody appreciates a bad review. This has also been a useful tool I have found and an excellent resource when I want to find a good business to spend my money with.

    I went to look at stone for my kitchen. I was greeted right away by Debbie and welcomed to the showroom and to the area I was interested in. The selection is amazing. Everything is so clean and organized and any employee you meet is very welcoming. There are samples to take home of all materials there. I totally recommend this company.
