    I absolutely love this app. I needed an extra push to show me a better way of building muscle while losing weight and reaching my goals. So far I’m feeling and seeing my hard work.

    There is enough in this world to keep up with then to have to deal with a company that feels like it’s OK to charge you three months of service without sending you an notification that they will do so.Buyer beware! When emailing them and asking for refund, they denied my refund request and told me that I can just cancel so that I don’t get charged again. I’m not gonna use the service so why would I’m not receive a refund especially if I was charged for three months in advance without any notice? shady. Shady business and their software is not that great. Don’t waste your time or money.

    I tried the scan on multiple devices but it didn’t work. I canceled the same day and requested my money back and they refused. Extremely disappointing. Do not recommend.

    Without are great but info isn’t always saved on app. You can change info or all your info workout info from a reset. Watch doesn’t always connect to app so it’s not tracking workout.

    Overall I love this app and it has great potential. However, it definitely has some bugs that need fixing. My Apple Watch zing always freezes and never stays in sync with my phone. I would like to eventually just workout off of my watch and not have to complete each workout off of my phone, it makes my watch pointless at that point! Lastly, the workout time is very inaccurate I feel. My workout stated it was 52 min, and it took me 75 min to complete and I barely took any rests.. so I feel like that should be a little bit more accurate. Overall I love the app I just feel like all the bugs should be fixed especially for an app that I am paying for.

    The “science” part seems to be a little lacking. I’m literally doing the same workouts two days in a row when according to the percentages I should be resting those muscle groups and who honestly can do legs two days in a row and then a full body on top of that? I get pretty bored with the workouts because I’ll do the same 5 movements in each workout with others sprinkled in. I am advanced enough that I can pick and choose different exercises that and for variety but that’s kind of the whole point of the app isn’t it? For reference I’ve been using the app for 4 months so it’s not like it’s just a couple weeks. I’d like to see more targeted workouts with more variety and challenge.

    ***Just updating this to a 5, really liking the workouts but here are two more added suggestions to make this even better! - so you have the ability to Favorite a workout, BUT not after you complete it. The only way I’m going to know if I like it is if I do it. You should be able to go back to the work out or the review screen and favorite it there. - would really be nice if you have connected to Apple Watch to heal able to see your heart rate during the rest periods. That’s the only time I’m looking add it and have to keep walking to my phone to see it. Not a bad fitness app. Just hope they will separate the rest periods between each exercise so you can skip them if you’re feeling up to it. Especially at the beginning of the work out usually don’t need them. Also when you want to add a customized workout, but have one already scheduled in your plan, you should have the ability to confirm it is an additional workout or ask if you want to replace the scheduled workout, and would be even better if you could add it to u to our schedule. I recently wanted to add a core workout since my plan wasn’t hitting it only to find out it replaced my scheduled workout. So now I know I have to do the planned one first. Oh well.
