    I have an issue with my order, I was missing an entire item and I have yet to be able to get in contact with customer service nor have I even found a way to. Very disappointing.

    I use the app because it sometimes gives you discounts or free items and I ordered the chicken bite box which was free with a $10 more purchase and I spent like $18 and that was missing from my order. Needless to say yes it was free but one of the things I like to do is order from there because you can’t get free items. And I just don’t have the energy to go back or call and get the item.

    I have ordered from this store multiple times. Every single time they havent got it right. They hardly ever remember marinara sauce with the cheese sticks. The other day I didn't get fries for my combo. Tonight, on my 1st ever delivery order, they forgot my $3 sundae. Its like they dont even read the tickets. Someone to light a fire under them to get them to pay attention.

    Does not allow me to select a sandwich. Tap the box and it goes to customize sandwich, but the box doesn’t remain selected.

    But tonight was extremely slow. Took over 47 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered. When I got there there were two employees out side smoking pot. When I finally got my food I ask what took so long. He said they other door dash deliveries. It is the worse pick up system I have ever seen. I ask if the food was fresh he said yes. I live like 2 minutes away and when I got home, everything was COLD. They did. Give me any marinara sauce for my cold mozzarella sticks it no wonder this Rally’s didn’t have the business it once did.
