    This company has the worst (non existent ) customer service. Took out a trial subscription to the tv program and wish to cancel it. I have not been given 4 different numbers to call and no one will take responsibility for helping get it canceled. The website they give you gets to a point and then blocks you from canceling the service.

    Not a friendly pay app at all. Content great but not easily assessable without going to website.

    The content is great. 5 stars. But the app is horrible. It won't let me log in consistently, even though I type in my username and password exactly as I have it in my account. For the price of the subscription, I'd expect logging in consistently to be a non-issue. Had to eventually cancel my subscription because I couldn't watch th content on demand predictably.

    App is ok most of the time but the site goes down a lot for days. Unable to watch during the outage and absolutely nothing about the outage on the Facebook or Twitter pages.

    When I saw that Gaither TV has the in-app purchase option, I decided to install this app on my phone and on my Roku Smart TV. After I purchased in the app, I knew in my heart that this app would become one of the best. As I comment on the app, I am watching Nashville Homecoming, the very first homecoming video I watched a few years ago, and the music never gets old. If you want to be inspired and encouraged at the same time, this music will bless your heart.

    On the plus side, it’s good to have this app to replace the Gaither DVDs, so there’s no more dependency on DVD players to watch the homecoming series, which are wonderful. On the down side, the app is painful to use. On AppleTV, every single time the app is launched, a new sign in is required. As if that’s not enough, there is no easy way to manage your account in the app. Lastly, the subscription fee is relatively high. For 4.99 a month, you probably spend more than when you buy the average 2 DVDs per year. Granted, there is more content in the app than on a DVD, but for occasional viewing like I do, the real value is about half of the price charged. So although I tried the subscription, I cancelled it because of the reasons above. Hoping for better future versions.

    Just another way for the already enormously wealthy Gaither to put more money in his pocket. “Pay for play” Christian TV. Yep. If you cared about people, our their “salvation”, you’d make this content free.
