    Recent upgrade to “Record My Ride” interferes with Apple Car Play. Every time someone speaks, the microphone is activated and stops the music from playing. Leads to awkward silence during the ride

    Must have to update to ensure your drivers get paid less and less, honor your promotions and quit stealing money from the drivers change the surge slang to something else because your greed is taking anywhere from a low of 30% to the average of 55 to 60% of what customer pays, but at least you covered some of our loss for purchasing the stock when it IPO’d only to 5 years to gain at little hope only to have the souls of the drivers crushed again. Thanks and maybe you could offer a kiss next time you rob the drivers.

    A few things that I would change would be that the restaurants put in the notes what time they’re doors closed and it’s drive-through only so that I don’t have to get in and out to find out. Also, the maps has a big issue sometimes I have to switch it to Apple Maps.

    The app used to be good when they paid us fair rates now all they’re doing is taking advantage of us because they have plenty of drivers if you don’t know how to work the system properly don’t do it because you’re not gonna make money. Uber needs to go back to the waiting room where they made it at least somewhat worthwhile for drivers now they’re taking more than 50% of the fairs

    I am fixing my review because today I received orders back to back and whatever glitch I was experiencing that was preventing me from getting orders fixed itself. I have been driving with Uber eats for over a year and I mainly have positive things to say about it. It’s my preferred method of delivery because unlike DoorDash, I am able to pick up deliveries whenever I want and don’t have to schedule them in a certain area that isn’t even close to me. There are certain things I would like to see improved but overall, the customer service is great and they seem to resolve my concerns.

    I’ve been driving rideshare almost 7 years now and I’ve had problems with the app since day one. I will admit it’s better than it was in 2017 but issues are still prevalent. This cost drivers like myself time & money. The GPS takes the longest route possible in most cases but the biggest issue is, it doesn’t have traffic updates like Waze gps so there are sometimes too many detours & delays that make trying to get to passengers more challenging, most the time I have to cancel ride because it becomes a nuisance and not worth the effort for the fees you all pay. I don’t know how long you have to be in business before you acknowledge local rideshare & traffic laws. Rideshare companies in general need to investigate each large city because we absolutely cannot pick up passengers on busy streets. Yet, you won’t pay a cancellation fee if we’re not exactly where the app says we should be. I did pick up a passenger yesterday in Downtown Detroit where the NFL Draft is this weekend and police wouldn’t let anyone stop so I had to drive around 3 times before I could get passengers. How is this ethical or fair? Please if you’re actually reading this make necessary changes because it’s not fair to drivers or passengers when we have to cancel because of this
