    Let’s get serious, eating out, no matter where it is has become so expensive. I downloaded the McDonald’s app just to check it out and see what it was about and quickly learned that I could live like it was 2005 again with the deals that they have each week. My favorite is the medium size combo for just five dollars and I always take advantage of it!!! I get on the app, place my order, which I can always save for later to use again, and simply click to use Apple Pay. My food is ready when I get there and it is 100% hasslefree. I’ve had it for a few months now and haven’t yet had any issues of any kind.

    Great deals but when you constantly get asked over and over and over again and have to hit the got it button a million times is ridiculous.

    My app is awesome but there 1 Mc Donald’s in town that never takes the app. I have to drive all the way across town to the other McDonald’s to get my stuff ordered online cause it’s a big inconvenience for me. I wish they would get this stuff together.

    I go to my local McDonald’s 2-3 times a month and regularly fill out their receipt surveys and have only had minor trouble redeeming them. Last night I went by to redeem one and the shift manager informed me that her GM (at the local Brownwood Tx store) had told them not to accept the receipt surveys. The excuse being that they have no way of putting the numbers into the computer. That was never the way franchise restaurants use to work that. If that changed they should disable that from printing on the receipt ls until it’s fixed because they’re getting free input from customers expecting a reward for their effort.

    This app is garbage. You can’t cancel your order, if you go to the wrong McDonald’s they can’t do anything about it. They literally make you call the store to cancel your order and the odds of someone answering the phone and being helpful is slim to none.

    About a week ago I decided to go through the Eisenhower Dr. drive thru for a Diet Coke. I placed the order ahead but took me 20 min. from the time I showed my code to the time I actually received my drink!! I was short on time that day and if I could have gotten out of line I would have! It has never taken that long before! If people’s orders were taken longer than normal that were ahead they should have had them pull over and delivered their food to them. Was not happy that day!

    I’m Ricky Mcelveen and I’ve travelled to the upstate from my hometown of west Columbia SC and I gotta say everything to help a newcomer to a new town can be found within the app as well as my favorite food from the mickey ds I fell in love with as a kid for free and the folks at both McDonald’s locations near me have come to my rescue for my belly on a budget week after week…I’m a sucker for the free mcchicken with every 1500 points I rack up usually twice a week. Both restaraunts boast excellent cleanliness and the kindest personnel in all of the Greenville/Anderson area I’ve been as a visitor to the point, I’m ready to join the team of well wishers and “come back now ya hears” who make my experience at breakfast especially the great start to my day that helps me keep this big smile on my face as I find my new place! Gotta love those Golden Fries the Golden Arches always bring me in for! Yeah…I’m lovin all of it💯💯💯
