    This game is super fun my only issues are that it takes a little bit to unlock all of the features currently I am player level 51 and I still have some stuff to unlock. And the other is that it can be hard to find active guilds to join. Over all 9/10.

    I am writing for my daughter who was in the hospital when we made the purchase that we did not receive. I don’t know what name her account is under because I started years ago and because she has Autism. The problem is that I purchased “The Pathfinder’s Bundle” Commander Ahsoka Tano for $39.99 USA, when I made the purchase a strange window popped up that said something like “Your purchase took to long….?” Then followed by the “You’re all set”. Please help me with this because I did try to buy it again and deal with your company and Apple payments later, but it is not in her store anymore. I referred to my game and see that you are only allowed one purchase. My daughter almost died this weekend and this was the only thing she was looking forward too. I am going to try sending screenshots to you, with her screen name and identity game code. Thank you, Mrs. T****to Multiple texts back and forth with screenshots that support my claim with no help to restore my purchase! I am in the process of contacting Apple for refund!

    The game, is amazing. Combat is fun progression is fun. Even new events are fun . But I hold one grudge, without spending money, it is extremely time consuming to unlock characters. I’ve spent 3 weeks trying to unlock Poggle The Lesser. Other than that, great game!

    When I First Love Star Wars, When I Saw This Video, It Look Fun, and It Was. Just Giving you ideas, But I love General Grievous, So Can You Make A Event That Show you Skills about General Grievous and give you General Grievous Shards

  • EA’s customer support is absolutely terrible

    I’m not gonna spend more money on this game because when I had an issue, I tried the endgame chat support which had worked in the past. They have the audacity to tell me they can’t help me and hope they solved my solution. So I went on the forum where one of their people told me to submit a case. I submit a case it gets paused because I am forced to read articles that don’t resolve my problem. So I send them an email their email auto replies, telling me to read the same articles which don’t address or help my problem so then I get someone who again waste my time telling me that they don’t understand the problem so I escalate it and asked to talk to someone else who tells me to read the articles. The articles don’t address the issue.Why I was trying to use currency by game told me it needed to restart and it restarted before I wasn’t battle. It cost me 70 light side currency. My game is up-to-date. I’ve restarted it. I’ve done everything article. I can’t get them to restore my currency they’re so-called customer support is absolutely insulting and a huge waste of time. Stop spending money on a game that hates you.

    All this game is is gambling. Even the battles are oftentimes just up to chance. Don’t spend any money, don’t waste your time. As a lifelong Star Wars fan I’m incredibly disappointed Lucasfilm would allow EA and Capital Games to treat their property like this. If you want to play a Star Wars game I recommend battlefront 2 instead. The developers of this game only care about their bottom line, not about Star Wars. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Shame on you, EA.

    Honestly one of the few new age mobile games I will still play. There are no ads and grinding actually has benefits that i can feel as i play even like 2 months in. But if the creators or devs see this please please please please please give us better ways to get credits (the free currency not the paid for one) because I’m getting tired of waiting for two challenges a week as my only source of gaining enough currency to level up my Heroes. At this point, I am drowning in things I need to upgrade with no money to do so. Also maybe turn down the multiplier for upgrade prices as you level up. I have level 50 characters and it takes like 1 million credits for 3 levels. It’s not like an issue with normal mobile games where you just spend money in. The problem solved, because the only way you can spend money to get credits hasn’t even worth how much money you spend. You might as well just farm it out, but there’s an inherent problem when Farming is quicker than spending money I think.
