The app is free to download and use. Additional features are available when you join the Majestic Membership, an optional paid subscription service that funds the app’s development. Subscriptions must be managed by the members and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the App Store Subscriptions screen after purchase. When a trial subscription is offered, the trial period begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their App Store account. The subscription will be charged on the last day of the trial unless the member cancels at least 24 hours before trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the member purchases a subscription. To cancel the Membership, members must cancel directly through their App Store account. Cancellations begin at the end of the current subscription period.     This app was always glitchy, but now it’s clearly broken. I had a profile showing up in my Likes Me section for months, even though I passed on it and reported it multiple times. Message notifications sticking. Now, the messenger is broken. Multiple conversations with connections abruptly ended a week ago and no new connections in that time.

  • Buggy and fakes galore

    The app has a lot of bugs, primarily in terms of notifications that don’t go away and the chat, which refreshes but also hangs on you. We’ve met a few people for excellent (and serious) relationships on Feeld, so the app works if you’re patient. But in the past year, it seems like the fake profiles have obliterated the app, and there’s no way to keep them out. Often you’ll click No to the same profile 2-3 times in one sitting. Not sure how to handle this, but hopefully it will be handled by some clever developer. It’s really a bummer that they’ve found Feeld and clogged it up.

    We were locked out of our account in 12/23. No explanation. No response to our inquiries. Finally, our account was reinstated again. No explanation. But a month of membership fees were wasted. We complained. Two months later, we received an apology and the promise that we would receive a free month Majestic membership. That’s been almost a month ago. Nothing happened. In short, they will shortchange you. They take your money, but they won’t provide anything for it but a very spotty app that works or not. It’s high time for a competitor.

    I’m having a lot of trouble with the app, including being disconnected from a match I was excited about - no “this person disconnected from the chat” label so it was definitely on my side somehow. The same 7 people keep reappearing no matter how many times I press no as well, it’s like there’s no internal memory but somehow the disconnected person isn’t coming back up? And the age limits don’t work at all - I know (because I pay for this app) that my profile is being shown to people WAY above my age limit and below as well. It’s like it wasn’t meant for actual use. In addition, support has been extremely poor. I reached out asking to be reconnected to the user that the app disconnected me from (or at least get a resounding no) - they asked what the age and username of the person was, which I gave. I’ve since gotten no updates after several days. What is support for if it’s not useful? I’ve definitely cancelled my membership since it doesn’t do any of the things I want it to do, including help me when a glitch on THEIR end creates issues.

    The absolute worst customer support ever. Do not waste your money on being a “majestic” member. They will block you for no reason and never respond to your inquires.

  • Shut it down and start over

    This app is so buggy I couldn’t even last a week. It’s only queer friendly if you’re cis. I honestly think they need to shut down the app and hire a new development team to make this app function as it should. I’m 99% percent sure they’re stealing money from premium users while not improving the app at all. If you scroll back on their reviews they haven’t had a genuine 5 star rating in over a year. Also, the “Developer Responses” are all the same message which tells me it’s an auto-response generated by their marketing team to sound like they care. Even on a positive review they replied something to the effect of “sorry you’re not happy with Feeld”. They’re not reading these nearly as much as they should. The notes in their updates for version history are a joke “our developers are working around the clock.” If they are they must not be paid well or they’re just not working and it shows. “Please contact such and such because we’d like to know about your experience.” Maybe actually read the reviews and not waste peoples time by trying to save face. Idk how their average rating is above a 3. I’d assume they spent money on bots for fake reviews at launch but didn’t keep it up.

    I would. Feeld is the glitchiest dating app ever. It’s nice that there’s an app for folks who wish to be more frank about their sexuality, but I find Feeld disappointing. I pay for a subscription, and then it doesn’t give me my free ‘ping’. It often won’t let you swipe through people’s photos. The app icon shows me a ‘3’ notification, but when I open the app, there’s no notification activity. And there tech support seems swamped.

    Do not waste your money , 90 percent fakes and when you do get a like good luck seeing it. The app never displays your matches and all tech support ever responds “we are aware of the issue and our developers are working on this “ literally same thing since November Don’t waste your time or money.

  • So Many Scammers

    The app itself seems pretty glitchy when messaging, but the bigger issue is all the scammers using it. I had one try to get me to send money for futures trading. Another tried to blackmail me to send $300 to not have my pictures posted publicly and “ruin my life.” Currently I have one claiming to be a US service member stationed in Iran (not sure how that’s supposed to work). There have been a handful of others in the short time I’ve been using it. At this point I assume everyone who interacts with me here is involved in some kind of scam. I regret paying to use it.
