    This app used to be amazing, but the latest “upgrade” is just horrible. It crashes all the time, it’s full of ads, which I resent since I am a paid subscriber. The ads pop up and cover content, sometimes forcing a restart because they lock up everything. The top part of most pages is not visible unless you click on the individual article. When you try to print something, like a word puzzle the print is extremely small. If things don’t improve I won’t be renewing my subscription. Very disappointed - there was no warning this was happening and it’s a major change in quality and accessibility. As of 4/21/24 the app is again useless. For awhile after my review above, it became somewhat workable, although very cumbersome. Now if you try to use the html version it won’t let you - says it isn’t secure and bounces you back to the App Store. You can’t print or change size in the App Store version and it’s totally useless for my needs.I want to navigate easily and print the puzzles legibly and save articles for future reference. All of those don’t work correctly most of the time. The subscription price was increased by 33% which was somewhat outrageous, but for that cost I should get an app that works. I’ve been patient for 6 months or so, hoping for improvement but it just gets worse.

    I have already purchased this subscription. Suddenly the app refuses to recognize that and keeps asking me to re-purchase. That makes my purchase useless. I have requested help with the situation and been ignored.

  • D&C App is Awful

    This app is hard to read, it repeatedly changes or leaves the page/article you are trying to read without warning & sometimes even changes newspapers without warning or reason. When it takes you to USA Today when you are trying to read the D&C it does not give you a way to get back to the D&C! I’m currently stuck in USA Today right now and can’t get out.

  • Errors in the app

    Generally the app, works however there are several issues in the new app that have not yet been fixed. When accessing some of the other papers in the Universal option, not all of the paper loads. Sometimes I can eventually get it all to load but not always. Also, when trying to print or email something through the PDF button I get a “bad gateway” error. Please address these errors. It’s frustrating…
