    This really centers the mind gently which brings a kind of relaxation, clarity, and balancing between the mind and body... It’s the o my thing that puts me to sleep in a way that nothing else can, and also stop the “ongoing chatter” in my mind at night..and it’s helped me in countless ways, including better sleep — for over 7 years now!! Absolutely love it!👌👌👍👍 One of the best investments I’ve ever made for my health and well being😌😌👌👌

    This is a massively bloated app that made me feel the opposite of zen every time I opened it. Most of the meditations or meditation courses had some gimmick or “reason” rather than just introducing newbies to meditation.

    Headspace is such a incredible tool for me. Whatever emotion I am feeling I can find a meditation on. We use it as a family, my son loves to use it, and it has helped me individually so much.

    Headspace helps me take time for my self, reset my mental perspective, and breathe. Sounds simple, but it’s helped me take time to breathe throughout the day. And the sleep section (music) helps me sleep almost every night. Headspace has also taught me to meditate on my own, just taking time, counting my breaths, and ‘observing’…
  • Not Worth It Stay Away

    Headspace maybe a fun app advertised by Apple and seen as one of the best meditation apps in the country but everything is behind a upsurge pay wall you can only access one free meditation everything else is stuck behind a pay wall their are plenty of more apps that give you more free stuff unless you want to pay a pretty penny I would suggest getting a different app

    I love the Headspace app. But I do have one suggestion or request. It would be ideal if there was some way to chronologically stack more than one session so that they automatically run from one to the next. For example, when I listen to a “Goodnight” session for going to sleep, I don’t actually fall asleep, though it does put me into a better position to fall asleep. Accordingly, it would be wonderful if I could schedule things so that at the end of the Goodnight session Headspace automatically rolled right into a session of brown noise or calming sounds. This would allow me to move from preparing to sleep directly onto actually going to sleep.

    This app is the best app I’ve found that helps me manage my extreme anxitey and mild depression. My favorite part of this app is the sleepcasts. They help my anxious mind wind down and put me to sleep. Thank you to whoever invented this app. 🙏🏻
  • Great app and content, lousy interface

    This app is a game changer with the content it has to offer, I couldn’t be happier about that. Unfortunately the interface is terrible. It is very hard to find what you are looking for which can be frustrating first thing in the morning when you’re trying to meditate. I’ve done many of the courses and they are excellent but please just give me a “continue course” button on the home page so I don’t have to go digging to find it every time I log in!

    After I write my long check in message, I can no longer reference it. It’s cut off after 40 characters or so. What’s the point of a check in if I can’t track my progress? This was my primary purpose of using this app. Now I can’t even copy it to move it elsewhere.
