Sooo many cool pics

The title says it. I’m trying to organize some ideas for a quilt and each page has three moving images of faces trying to sell me lotion or retirement plans. The quilts just cannot compete in the fight for my attention. I end up getting distracted, then overwhelmed, and close the app entirely.

The app is 50% promoted pins now. Really sad. Used to be my fave app, but now its clear I’m just data to be sold. Sad. Additionally, the algo has gone too far. I never see anything new when I search, just the same images I’ve already pinned, or the same 5 I’ve been shown before.

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH I AM ON IT 24/7. LIVE LAUGH LOVE PINTERST.

I don’t enjoy the excessive pushing for my use of the Pinterest app if I want to interact with it on my mobile device, requiring me to download the app if I want to interact with posts that my friends send me. I want to just be able to log into the site in a browser without being hounded about the app experience or being gated from viewing certain things without it.

So I absolutely love Pinterest but there is a bug every time I try to delete a pin from a board the game just like stops but I can still move it, but I can’t touch anything? I have to close out the app for it to work again. But it does that every time. If you can fix this that would really help, thanks!

I have used Pinterest for years and it has become almost insufferable to use now because of ads. I have to spend 10 minutes every time I open the app hiding ads just so I can have some ads free scrolling for a bit. Only to have to do it again the next day when I open the app. Please chill. Or give people the option to completely hide ads. You are ruining the user experience.

The app has become more ads than content!

I love Pinterest, it’s an awesome app and it’s amazing if you’re just looking for something to do, or whatever you’re doing on it, but the reason I only am giving it four stars is because I’m having a pretty big problem as a small creator. So, I just make some amateur art and post it sometimes, but I’m trying to become a little bit bigger than I currently am. However, I seem to be having a pretty major problem with my comments. I’m over the age of 13, however that’s all I will say about my age just for privacy purposes, but for some reason, Pinterest is not allowing me to turn on my comments. This is extremely frustrating, because sometimes I like to post stuff for people to comment on or suggest or whatever really, but they can’t do that if the comments are off. I’ve tried everything in my knowledge to turn them on again, editing the pin, advanced settings, privacy settings, social permissions and activity settings, whatever I do, it doesn’t make a difference, and I’m wondering if I’m missing something, or if there’s anything else I can try? It’s just very limiting as a creator—even a small one—to not even have the option of turning on my comments. Thanks for your time, and I still enjoy the app, it’s just the one problem I’m having with it.

I love Pinterest and am grateful for it. It’s so frustrating when I open it and nothing will load, just blank pins. I’m getting married and I’ve made some pin pages and I can’t even use them when talking to my planner because it will not load. Then sometimes it will freeze, then I have to restart the whole app to use it and whatever I was looking at is now lost.
