The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below. With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user. In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life. Mood tracker Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction. Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down. Negative thoughts tracker The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. The idea is that even minor negative thoughts that automatically appear in our consciousness influence our mood and psychological conditions. We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking. Tracker of cognitive distortions We give some useful insights into popular cognitive distortions and teach users how to identify flaws in their thinking and behavior. Advice from a psychotherapist (in future updates) Some practical advice from acknowledged psychotherapist — he will cover widespread topics and issues people usually have in different areas of life. Breeze contains the following subscription options: — Weekly with 3-days free trial at $7.99; Annual with 7-days free trial at $99.99; — Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged at the full price of the chosen subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period — Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. — Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication. — Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.     I got a charge today from Breeze Mental Health app for $19.99 and i don't remember setting up a subscription. That's not even one of the payment options on the description for the app. I figured i could cancel it, but no. It says I'm not on one. When I go to their website it says cancel through the app store.. and it doesn't show up. It's like a trap. I don't understand what I'm paying for, i downloaded the app to see it and never looked at it again. Terrible.

    I downloaded the breeze app and used the free trial. I didn’t care much for it and cancelled my subscription after the trial ended. They continue to charge my bank account each month regardless. I have sent a couple emails requesting a refund and haven’t received a single response from them. To be clear, I don’t have, use, or have access to a breeze account and basenji is still taking $19.99 a month out of my account. The app is useless and a scam.

  • FRAUDULENT CHARGES

    This company falsely advertised an offer to try this app for $1 with NO mention of a recurring charge. I specifically looked to see if it was a $1 trial, there was no mention of being billed a recurring fee after paying $1. I tried the app and didn’t like it, so I deleted it. Now I am being billed $19.99 per month without my permission. I downloaded the app again to try to end whatever subscription they had me on, but it forced me to create a new account. There is no way to cancel my subscription in the app. I emailed their support and they are going around in circles saying they can’t find my account information, asking me questions I can’t answer, and asking for more proof that I subscribed because my credit card charges apparently aren’t enough. After blocking them as a merchant from this credit card, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN UNDER ANOTHER, SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT, MERCHANT NAME! This company is taking advantage of people, wrongfully billing people and making it impossible to cancel these charges! SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE UNDER THE PREMISE OF BEING A MENTAL HEALTH APP.

    Don’t use this app to base your mental health on, see a professional. It’s appalling how it seems to view autism, as if a test from a scammy app can diagnose you, as if autism is a mental health thing and not a developmental disability. Every “test” about serious things like trauma should not be on here, it’s entirely unprofessional. If you can’t afford seeing someone about these types of things, do research yourself, don’t rely on an app. The cherry on top is they lock almost everything behind a paywall, so you’d have to pay for an unprofessional app to tell you if you have trauma or not. Don’t waste your time, see a professional or do your own research and talk to people you trust.

    If you intend to only try the app out for a day, don’t cancel through settings. It was very misleading to me how to cancel my account and I thought I had done it months ago, only to realize I’ve been charged over $60 and they won’t refund me. This app only stressed me out.

    I was curious about their app called breeze about mental wellness. I did not OK for any subscriptions. All I did was install the app next thing I know I’m getting charged through my PayPal account from my checking account each month for $19.99 and I tried giving them the benefit of doubt maybe I hit something for the free trial and didn’t unsubscribe in time so it charged me so in their terms of policy, I read it all it says that if I delete their app, then all of those terms would be voided / canceled / terminated and I’ve deleted their app and they still just charged my account again out of my PayPal account. I have emailed them four times. I want my money back I’m gonna continue with bad reviews until I get some answers and my money back so this is a scam. Do not download any apps, because I have not even gotten one email back from them and it’s been over a month from my first email to them!!!

    I have been trying to cancel the subscription for months because I subscribed on their website and then found out they had a app then downloaded the app. Then when I tried to cancel, there was no option to cancel then every time I tried to email Customer Service a robot responded to me and then I got charged again today an additional 1999 and I keep emailing for help to tell them to cancel the subscription from the website from the third-party company that is separate from iTunes and give me back my money today!!! I have never had such a hard time number one in Customer Service number two in iTunes number three with a third-party company number for the app developer. Send me all my money back that you ever charge me for every month that you charge me 1999. I want it back.

    DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THUS APP!!I have written 5 emails to support in the last week and a half asking to cancel my subscription. In each email I reference both potential emails that could potentially be associated with the account and repeatedly ask to end my subscription. I’ve received no response but did get charged today to continue my subscription. Please cancel and refund!!
