App doesn’t work as advertised if at all. Nonexistent customer service, you will never get a refund. When they do contact you they will be asking for more money and happily take it of course.

Watched this guru on TV being interviewed about how easily it is for our phones to get hacked without being noticed that it has been tampered with so I had to listen attentively to the conversation between him and the interviewer. He proceeded with his job, within two hours I was in full control with my husband's phone, I mean I was seeing everything he does from his phone on my phone, I even got both his recently and newly deleted messages back.

App did not work as advertised! Nothing but a tracking app for location. Doesn’t monitor any apps in child’s phone. Waste of money. Customer service is nonexistent and unwilling to provide refund even though requested 30 mins after downloading due to realizing false advertising. There are other apps that are free that track better and this one doesn’t do anything it advertises.

They charged me $72 for a entire year when I pressed the $40 for a month only and they charged my card. When I tried to use the app it wouldn’t even let me as the parent look at anything I didn’t even receive a email to link the phones and it was the email I used? I’ve sent them so many emails asking for a refund because the app is a scam and I still haven’t got my refund. This APP IS A SCAM.
